The breakdown

A bigger business. A better investment?

Buying companies builds scale fast. The harder question is whether integration and operating growth create lasting value per share.

  1. From railroad radios to defense.

Ondas began in industrial wireless and commercial drones, then moved toward a defense portfolio: autonomous aircraft, counter-drone systems, ground robots and mission software.

  2. Sell stock. Buy companies.

Much of the revenue step-up came from acquired businesses: $104.6M of the six-month increase was attributable to companies bought since mid-2025. Separate acquired revenue from growth inside businesses already owned.

  3. Read through the accounting profit.

First-half GAAP net income is dominated by warrant fair-value gains, which aren't cash. The quarter itself still reports an $89.7M loss and cash use.

  4. Track the cost paid by each share.

Stock-funded deals and share compensation expand the business while diluting existing holders. Follow the share count as closely as revenue.

Two endings

Where this could go

The bull case

The pieces become a platform.

  • Acquisitions bring capabilities that work together across defense and autonomy.
  • The integration plan shows up in operating results.
  • Existing businesses grow while equity issuance becomes less central.
The bear case

Scale keeps costing more shares.

  • Growth stays dependent on more acquisitions.
  • Integration costs and operating cash use persist.
  • Dilution absorbs gains that would otherwise go to existing shareholders.

Scenarios, not predictions. Not financial advice.

How we researched this

Filings support the reported financial figures; company releases record what management announced. Bull and bear cases and the watchlist are editorial interpretation.

Correction: the film uses the older $170–180M FY2026 revenue target. After Q2, management raised it to $525–550M (source 3). Both are forecasts, not reported revenue.

Chapter times follow the local narration and may differ by a second or two from the published cut.
