Figures are dated
Every research page shows the date the research was done. Companies file new reports, prices move, deals close or fall apart, and numbers that were right on that date may be wrong now. We don't promise to update a page when things change.
Read the original filings
We link every source we used so you can check our work. Summaries, charts and our own arithmetic can contain mistakes. The company's filings with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (on sec.gov) are the authority, not us. When a figure is our own calculation, an estimate or a forecast, we label it, and forecasts can be wrong.
Scenarios aren't predictions
The bull case, the bear case and "our read" are scenarios and opinions, not predictions or promises. Investing carries risk, including the loss of everything you put in. Past performance doesn't predict future results.
